I’m a bit behind on my Vegas food posts, so I’ll start them off with our first stop on the Strip.
Located in Aria, Lemongrass bills itself as a Thai restaurant, but in reality serves a variety of Asian food, including dim sum (in carts), of all things. The place is pretty upscale, the servers were courteous, and the food was pretty good.
I ordered their Garlic Prawns, and it was fresh and cooked right. The best part was definitely the sauce, a flavorful concoction that worked well with the prawns and rice.
I tried some of the other stuff we ordered, including fried appetizers and my brother’s sweet and sour chicken. For the most part, they were decent. Price was reasonable for a hotel restaurant.
I’ve definitely had better Thai food for less, but it’s nice to enjoy some good food after a long road trip.
