You’ve probably heard of hamburgers, and you’ve probably heard of Belgian waffles. But have you ever heard of a burger waffle?
That’s exactly what I had at Locolat Cafe in Washington, D.C. The hamburger waffle came with delicious goat cheese, and the waffle was made of potato and chives.
Overall, the Frankenstein of a meal tasted amazing. The meat was juicy and tender, cooked just right. And the waffles were excellent substitutes for buns.
