During my recent Washington D.C. trip, I had a memorable breakfast in Virginia.
The place was called Corner Bakery Cafe, and despite its chain-restaurant background, served some delicious and fresh food. I ordered their Anaheim Scrambler, which included eggs scrambled with crisp applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, green onions, and cheddar cheese, topped with avocado.
The meal also came with toast and oven-roasted breakfast potatoes. The avocados definitely made the breakfast. Overall, it was a filling, flavorful, and tasty meal.
