The Food Spotlight was launched in July 2011 by Glen Chen, a current UC Berkeley student. Glen has been proudly taking pictures of his food since 2009 – frequently posting his food adventures on his personal blog. Due to the overwhelming popularity of his “Food Spotlight” posts, Glen decided to spin off his food reviews to a new blog. The result?
